Been taking Terryl Whitlatch's Creature Anatomy course on Schoolism. This is part of Lesson 1's assignment to design a tetrapod creature with a gestural rig, skeleton anatomy, muscle anatomy, and surface anatomy.
An amphibious predator that relies on it's distruptive camouflage to ambush it's prey, either in the water or on land. It uses it whiskers for various functions such as balance while climbing and running and feeling for prey in murky water where it hides. When it strikes it grabs onto it's prey with it's powerful jaws and pins it down with it's strong forelimbs. It will incapacitate it's prey by boring it's sharp teeth into it's prey's neck or dragging them underwater and drowning them.
