Fish/Reptile Hybrid

This was a good excuse to design another dragon which I haven't done in a while. This turned out to be a decent challenge since fish are deceptively complex in their anatomy under the surface. I based this hybrid on the Cuvier's Dwarf Caiman and Arapaima, as well as added influences from the Piraiba, Arowana, Peacock Bass, and Oscars.
